Lithuanian passport and ID

All applications regarding the issuance and renewal of passport and ID card are done in person only. For consular visit please book an appointment in advance via KONSREG electronic registration system https://keliauk.urm.lt/en/consult_registration

The list of requirements for the passport renewal:

old passport or ID card (in case it is lost/stolen, the relevant notification form is filled and signed at the Embassy);
photos will be taken at the Embassy;
consular fee (see below);
prepaid envelope if new passport will be posted to your specified address (can be purchased at the Embassy).

Consular fee for the issuance/replacement of the passport or ID card at the Embassy (the expedited services are not available):

100 EUR for the issuance/replacement of passport or ID card;
150 EUR for the issuance/replacement of passport and ID card, when both applications are submitted at the same time;
50 EUR for the issuance/replacement of passport or ID card to individuals under 18 years of age;
50 EUR for the issuance/replacement of passport or ID card to individuals who reached the age to receive senior’s pension in Lithuania (varies by year)

Consular fee is accepted by card or bank transfer only, no cash payments possible.
