Photographic exhibition "The Quiet Land of Erin"

Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Commission Representation in Ireland will host a photographic exhibition "The Quiet Land of Erin“, by photographer Daiva Mikuckaitė. The exhibition will open to the public from 5 to 10 p.m. on Culture Night (22 September) at Europe House, 12-14 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2.

The exhibition features a series of beautiful photographs of Irish landscapes by Lithuanian photographer, Daiva Mikuckaitė. In her words: "Sometimes I‘m an interior and landscape designer, sometimes - a photographer, sometimes – traveler, sometimes - aromatherapist. But always, when taking photographs of nature, I want to see and convey the primordial moments of eternity. I think that all mankind was able to keep the primal world in their subconscious, creating images, a single, undivided land view. I felt this remarkable sense when taking photographs of the Irish landscape."

The exhibition will be open to the public at Europe House, 12-14 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays from Monday 25 September to Friday 6 October. It will also be open to the public on Culture Night, 22 September, from 5 to 10 pm.
