EVENINGS OF LITHUANIAN POETRY IN IRELAND

Lithuanian poet and translator Antanas A. Jonynas was visiting Ireland on 15 to 21st of October.
During the event held in the Lithuanian Embassy the poems were accompanied by folklore songs accomplished by Lithuanian community group “Dobilas”. Diplomats residing in Ireland and other guests invited to the evening’s event expressed their best compliments to the poet's work. The author received very warm greetings by the Dublin’s Lithuanian community.
Antanas A. Jonynas has also read his works in Cork and Port Laois.
